where do we draw the line?
 

within 7 weeks, instead of 12 weeks, the baby chicks will mature into full adults, but their bone maturation cannot keep up with their artificially-induced accelerated growth, thus preventing them from being able to stand up for too long.

can you sympathize with this? if not, that's fine, too - everyone's entitled to their own opinion. but how do you feel knowing that you're ingesting those chemicals that sped up the chicken's development to nearly twice its standard rate? do you stop to question the potential immediate risks that it might have on your organs/longevity of life .. or the really long-term risks - you know, those dealing with your reproductive cells that will be eventually passed on to produce your future progeny?
